Shipping:

We ship all domestic orders over $25 for free via USPS. Orders under $25 are charged a $4.95 shipping fee. We also ship internationally, to most countries, for a $20 shipping fee with no order minimum. However, additional custom fees and taxes are dependent upon your country and packages will NOT be marked as gifts.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday from 9am-7pm PST. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 72 hours from the order date.

 

How long does it take to receive my products once I place an order?

We do our best to process orders within 3 days from when your order is placed. Once the order is processed and shipped out, it is usually 3-5 business days for your package to arrive via USPS. Sometimes, however, USPS delays may happen during transit, delaying the shipping process. For international orders, it can take anywhere from 7 to 60 business days to receive an order, depending on the country. 

 

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, we send order confirmations and shipping updates to the email address provided. You are also able to track your package at

USPS with the tracking number provided.

 

How do I create an account on your website? How can I update my address or payment method?

You can create an account on our website by clicking “Sign Up” in the top right hand corner. Enter in the required information and click “Create Account”. Once an account is created, you can update your addresses under “View Address” or update your payment method under "Payment methods"

 

Cancellation Policy:

We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! We process orders quickly, once they are submitted. Because of this, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is placed.

Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate!

Please also note, that our Face Mask subscription can only be cancelled before your order is processed.  Thank you!

How can I return products?

We happily accept returns on all unused and unopened items. (Please note that our Mask Medley subscriptions not are accepted for returns.) 

Please contact us at hello@shophush.com about your return. Returns are made at the sender’s expense and once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed.

 

The item I wanted is out of stock - when will it be available again?

We generally aim to restock within a week’s time. Some products take longer to restock but please check back frequently, as we are updating our inventory often.
